RIPOR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPOR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,145 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPOR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZCCHC24, STAB1, and TBC1D13. Each is linked with RIPOR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR3-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIPOR3 versus ZCCHC24 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
