RIPOR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPOR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,849 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPOR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRNP35, CGB3, and SSBP1. Each is linked with RIPOR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR3-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIPOR3 versus SNRNP35 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.91.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
