RIPOR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPOR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,268 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPOR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, NUP93, and RAB14. Each is linked with RIPOR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR3-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JOSD1 grouped by RIPOR3-low versus RIPOR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
