RIPOR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIPOR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPOR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOT, NR4A2, and RNF180. Each is linked with RIPOR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR3-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOT grouped by RIPOR3-low versus RIPOR3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
