Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RIPOR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RIPOR1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RIPOR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RIPOR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where RIPOR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
