Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RIPOR1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RIPOR1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher RIPOR1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RIPOR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and GBM show a favorable association.

LSCC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where RIPOR1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
