Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPOR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,134 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPOR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPG2, TIMP2, and TLN1. Each is linked with RIPOR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIPOR1 versus HSPG2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
