Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,861 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP45, LINC01943, and KCNJ2-AS1. Each is linked with RIPOR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP45 grouped by RIPOR1-low versus RIPOR1-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
