Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PKC-b-II_pS660, and ATM. Each is linked with RIPOR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR1 results are reported.
