Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIPOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 988 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9A2, BCAT2, and GLTP. Each is linked with RIPOR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPOR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9A2 grouped by RIPOR1-low versus RIPOR1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
