Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RIPK3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RIPK3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RIPK3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RIPK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
BRCA, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RIPK3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
