RIPK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,439 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JCHAIN, CCRL2, and INPP5D. Each is linked with RIPK3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK3-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIPK3 versus JCHAIN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
