Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIPK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,288 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell extravasation, Multivesicular body assembly, and Viral budding via host ESCRT complex. Each is linked with RIPK3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK3-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK3 results are reported.
