RIPK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,086 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL2, RIPK2_S363, and SKAP2. Each is linked with RIPK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIPK2 versus APOL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
