Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,489 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01684, DAPP1, and TLR6. Each is linked with RIPK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIPK2 versus LINC01684 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
