Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 759 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE13, RNU6-753P, and OR4H12P. Each is linked with RIPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE13 grouped by RIPK2-low versus RIPK2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
