Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, G6PD, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RIPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK2 results are reported.
