Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIPK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,421 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Toll-like receptor 2 signaling pathway, Blastocyst growth, and Regulation of protein K63-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with RIPK2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Toll-like receptor 2 signaling pathway grouped by RIPK2-low versus RIPK2-high in LIVER.
