Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 233 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are L3MBTL2, POLR3H, and RLN2. Each is linked with RIPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK2-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK2 results are reported.
