Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,025 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD5L, TPMT, and ZNF318_S527. Each is linked with RIPK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK1 results are reported.
