Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,512 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM38, SERPINB6, and SERPINB1. Each is linked with RIPK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIPK1 versus TRIM38 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
