RIPK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIPK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMX2P3, MTND5P17, and NDUFS5P6. Each is linked with RIPK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIPK1-to-partner and partner-to-RIPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMX2P3 grouped by RIPK1-low versus RIPK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
