RIOX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,447 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are G3BP1, NIT2, and YBX1. Each is linked with RIOX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOX2-to-partner and partner-to-RIOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIOX2 versus G3BP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
