RIOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02283, H2AB3, and RNA5SP432. Each is linked with RIOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOX2-to-partner and partner-to-RIOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02283 grouped by RIOX2-low versus RIOX2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
