Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,859 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA wobble guanine modification, Maturation of LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RIOX2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOX2-to-partner and partner-to-RIOX2 results are reported.
