Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RIOK3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RIOK3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RIOK3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RIOK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, ESCA, and STAD are the cancer types where RIOK3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
