RIOK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,502 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RELCH, TXNL1, and VPS4B. Each is linked with RIOK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOK3-to-partner and partner-to-RIOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIOK3 versus RELCH in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
