RIOK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,425 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBBP8, ZCCHC18, and SCAMP5. Each is linked with RIOK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOK3-to-partner and partner-to-RIOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIOK3 versus RBBP8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
