RIOK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with RIOK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOK3-to-partner and partner-to-RIOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by RIOK3-low versus RIOK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
