RIOK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,985 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OASL, CXCR2P1, and SNX10. Each is linked with RIOK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOK2-to-partner and partner-to-RIOK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIOK2 versus OASL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
