RIOK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,051 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4478, SEPTIN14P19, and XACT. Each is linked with RIOK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOK2-to-partner and partner-to-RIOK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4478 grouped by RIOK2-low versus RIOK2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
