RIOK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIOK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Di-Ras3, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RIOK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOK2-to-partner and partner-to-RIOK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by RIOK2-low versus RIOK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
