Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIOK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,354 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIOK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPP40, PRIM2, and CIP2A. Each is linked with RIOK1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIOK1-to-partner and partner-to-RIOK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIOK1 versus RPP40 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIOK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIOK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
