Across TCGA patient cohorts, RINT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RINT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, PCNA, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with RINT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RINT1-to-partner and partner-to-RINT1 results are reported.
