Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RINL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RINL data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RINL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RINL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, HNSC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RINL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
