RING1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RING1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,582 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CES3, UBA52, and CYBB. Each is linked with RING1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RING1-to-partner and partner-to-RING1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
