Across TCGA cell cohorts, RING1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,211 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RING1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Positive regulation of blood pressure. Each is linked with RING1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RING1-to-partner and partner-to-RING1 results are reported.
