RIN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,064 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, WIPF1, and AIF1. Each is linked with RIN3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIN3-to-partner and partner-to-RIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIN3 versus PLEKHO2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
