RIN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP85, CCNB2, and RCCD1. Each is linked with RIN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIN3-to-partner and partner-to-RIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUP85 grouped by RIN3-low versus RIN3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
