Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,502 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with RIN3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIN3-to-partner and partner-to-RIN3 results are reported.
