Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,865 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSR, CABP5, and ACSS3. Each is linked with RIMS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS4-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMS4 versus GSR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
