RIMS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMS4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, eIF4G, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with RIMS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS4-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by RIMS4-low versus RIMS4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
