RIMS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,686 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIMS2_S1347, OCRL, and PXN. Each is linked with RIMS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS2-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMS2 versus RIMS2_S1347 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
