RIMS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,293 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, CDK1, and NDC80. Each is linked with RIMS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS2-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by RIMS2-low versus RIMS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
