Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIMS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,782 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR137C, MYEF2, and UBE2E2. Each is linked with RIMS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS2-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMS2 versus GPR137C in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
