RIMS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIMS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 452 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSANTD1, C2orf78, and PRORY. Each is linked with RIMS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMS2-to-partner and partner-to-RIMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSANTD1 grouped by RIMS2-low versus RIMS2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
