RIMKLB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMKLB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,243 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMKLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHC1, OTUD4, and PHC3. Each is linked with RIMKLB in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMKLB-to-partner and partner-to-RIMKLB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMKLB versus PHC1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMKLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMKLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
