Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMKLB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,918 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMKLB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRM, HMCN1, and PLEKHA5. Each is linked with RIMKLB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMKLB-to-partner and partner-to-RIMKLB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMKLB versus PTPRM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMKLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMKLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
