RIMKLB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMKLB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMKLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD3-16, SLIT2-IT1, and HMGB3P15. Each is linked with RIMKLB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMKLB-to-partner and partner-to-RIMKLB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD3-16 grouped by RIMKLB-low versus RIMKLB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMKLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMKLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
