Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RIMBP3C RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RIMBP3C data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RIMBP3C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RIMBP3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and THCA show a favorable association.

LIHC, PAAD, and THCA are the cancer types where RIMBP3C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
